Tees Law—Stephen Williams

Firm appoints chief financial officer as it expands Essex office footprint

Tees Law has appointed Stephen Williams as chief financial officer, strengthening its leadership team during a period of continued growth and investment. Williams joins at what the firm describes as a ‘pivotal time’ and will help drive financial performance, support investment and advance the firm's long-term growth ambitions across its legal and financial services businesses.

The appointment comes as Tees Law expands its presence across Essex. The firm has significantly enlarged its Chelmsford office at Parkview House, creating a centralised hub for 117 staff, while also relocating its Saffron Walden office to a larger modern facility to increase capacity and enhance client service.

Commenting on the Chelmsford expansion, Ashton Hunt, chief executive officer at Tees Law, said: ‘Our expansion in Parkview House is an investment in both our people and the communities we serve.’ He added: ‘This centralised location will strengthen our ability to deliver excellent client service.’

The developments reflect Tees Law’s strategy of combining senior recruitment with investment in infrastructure, underlining its commitment to growth, innovation and supporting clients across the region.
