Thomas Eggar LLP has announced a series of appointments to property associations for three of its partners.
Jacqui Joyce has been elected chairman of the Property Litigation Association (PLA). Joyce, an expert in property disputes, was previously chair of the PLA’s Law Reform Committee. Ruth Boulton has recently been appointed to the committee of the newly formed Commercial Real Estate Legal Association (CRELA). Ruth's role is to chair the CRELA Practice and Procedure Sub-Committee. Richard Brown has been appointed as a member of the RICS Dilapidations Forum Steering Group.
