Global arbitration firm Three Crowns LLP has announced the promotion of three of its members to partner, in each of its three offices in London, Paris and Washington, D.C.
In London, Manish Aggarwal (pictured) joins the partnership after almost five years with the firm. He represents corporations and states in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations spanning a wide range of sectors, including telecoms, technology, energy and pharmaceuticals. He is dual-qualified as an English solicitor and Indian advocate.
In the Paris office, Simon Elliot, who has also received a promotion to partner, offers particular focus on disputes relating to major infrastructure projects, and is qualified to practise in New Zealand; in Washington, D.C., commercial and investment treaty arbitration practitioner Liz Snodgrass, who has notable experience in energy, mining, aerospace and telecoms matters, also joins the partnership.
The three promotions have seen the Three Crowns partnership grow to 13 members.
Executive partner Todd Wetmore commented: ‘We are delighted to welcome Manish, Simon, and Liz to the partnership. They each embody the values of excellence in advocacy and collegiality to which our firm aspires. Their promotion reflects not only the strength of our practice today, but our aspirations for tomorrow.’
