UK law firm TLT has strengthened its real estate and financial services offering with the appointment of partner Ranjeev Kumar to its real estate group.
Ranjeev joins from Watson Farley Williams, where he established and led the firm’s real estate finance offering in London. He brings a wealth of experience, having advised on all types of domestic and cross-border real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, lettings, developments, financings, joint ventures, business mergers and acquisitions, and real estate funds formation.
At TLT, Ranjeev will focus on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions, working with developers, investors, banks and other financial institutions, overseas investors, and alternative lenders. Ranjeev’s appointment also enhances the firm’s international offering, having acted on behalf of many international banks, lenders and family offices, as well as establishing the South East Asia initiative at Katten Muchin Rosenman’s London office.
