Trowers strengthens Birmingham real estate team with partner hire

International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has appointed new Partner, David Meecham to lead the Real Estate team in Birmingham, strengthening its offering to clients across the region.

David advises on a wide range of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and development deals, as well as property regeneration. He has a particular focus on large-scale housing and residential schemes, with extensive experience advising public sector clients.

A qualified solicitor with 30 years' experience, David joins Trowers from TLT, where he was Head of Housing and Regeneration.
