Two new members–IPS

The independent regulator of members of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, welcomes two new Board members

Luisa Fulci and Andrew Donovan both bring a wealth of experience with them to the Board.

Luisa is currently director of regulated products at Royal Mail and is responsible for consumer and wholesale services. She has 20 years’ corporate commercial experience with significant profit and loss responsibility. She is also a member of the Consumer and Network Access Royal Mail executive team.

Andrew is a Chartered Legal Executive and brings over seven years’ experience working in policy development, legal compliance and enforcement for a large legal services regulator. He also sits as a fee-paid judge and is a lay panellist for the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service.

Alan Kershaw, chair of IPS, says: “We are extremely pleased to welcome Luisa and Andrew. Their experience and expertise will greatly aid the Board in meeting the exciting challenges of the next few years. I would also like to take this opportunity to bid farewell to Sandra and Hilary and to express my profound thanks, and those of their colleagues on the Board, for all the many things they have brought to us over the last six years since the Board first came together. Both of them have both played significant parts in overseeing and guiding the work of IPS since its inception."
