Watson Farley & Williams—Claire Miles

WFW enhances London tax offering with partner hire

Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has announced that tax specialist Claire Miles has rejoined the firm as partner in London. She joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher having previously worked at WFW as a senior associate.

Claire’s expertise spans a wide range of corporate tax matters, including company reorganisations, fund structuring and cross-border finance work. 

London tax partner Richard Stephens commented: 'We are delighted to have Claire re-join the firm. She is an excellent lawyer whose funds expertise in particular will enable us to better serve our clients looking to invest in the maritime industry and in our other core sectors. Add to that her excellent technical ability and strong  and proven relationship building skills and she really is ideally placed to help us support our existing tax client base and expand it further.'
