Law firm Weightmans has appointed Jason Slatcher as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a member of the firm’s Board. He will play a key strategic role in the firm’s technology and business transformation.
Jason rejoined Weightmans as Interim IT Director in April 2026. His appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in technology and innovation, including the implementation of Clio Operate as its new case and matter management platform, and a cloud migration programme delivered in partnership with ANS.

Stuart Whittle steps down as CTO and from the Board but will continue as an Equity Partner until his retirement in March 2027. He will remain closely involved in several strategic projects, including acting as Product Owner for Clio Operate, where his experience and knowledge will continue to be invaluable.

Weightmans recently reported record results for the 2025/26 financial year, with revenue increasing by 12% to £162 million and net profit rising by 17% to £17 million. The results mark the firm's fifth consecutive year of growth and reflect continued disciplined progress against its strategy.
