Firm's first women only promotions
Weightmans LLP has welcomed four women to its partnership, in its 2015 promotions to date.
Weightmans has utilised their ABS licence for a subsequent year to promote Sam Airey, HR director to fixed share membership (FSM) status. The previous year being the first time the firm had ever made any promotions from a business services department, with marketing director, Sarah-Jane Howitt.
Promotions from the legal side of the business, include Navdip Wilson, responsible for commercial insurance and local government teams and Patricia Grinyer, from the firm’s corporate finance team.
Carole Spiller, in the firm’s corporate dispute resolution team has also been promoted. Weightmans has supported Carole in working flexibly during her career, enabling her to successfully balance her busy workload with personal responsibilities.
