Civil fraud partner
Litigation law firm Kingsley Napley LLP has announced the arrival of Will Christopher as a new partner in its dispute resolution practice.
Will specialises in civil fraud, asset recovery and investigations and will augment Kingsley Napley’s existing expertise in this space. He joins from Pinsent Masons where he was a partner since its 2012 merger with McGrigors. Will led the business crime and commercial fraud group at McGrigors for nearly four years. Prior to that he worked at Reid Minty and PCB Litigation again specialising in fraud related litigation.
Kingsley Napley managing partner, Linda Woolley, comments: “We are very pleased to welcome Will to the firm. His track record for advising both individuals and businesses, both defendants and claimants, on all aspects of civil fraud cases, is a perfect fit for us. He is also very experienced in fraud investigations which is a busy area right now for us as a firm.”
