Transatlantic firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has welcomed partner Audrey Koh to its London office.
Audrey joins from her former position of counsel with Sidley Austin, and has also previously held positions with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and the Serious Fraud Office. Specialising in white collar crime, Audrey represents clients in UK, US and multinational regulatory investigations; she has extensive experience handling cross-border investigations relating to anti-bribery laws and financial fraud, and offers additional expertise in anti-corruption, sanctions and corporate governance compliance.
WBD’s UK managing partner Jonathan Blair said: ‘We're delighted to welcome Audrey to the firm and to our fast-growing London office. Her track record advising clients in the UK, US and across other jurisdictions on white collar crime, particularly in anti-bribery and anti-corruption, will enhance our offering in a number of our key sectors and her specialism will provide added value to our clients.’
Audrey added: ‘WBD has an impressive client portfolio across a large number of sectors, which brings many opportunities to work on very exciting projects not only in the UK but also in the US and in Europe. I look forward to working with the team here in London and beyond.’
