360 Law Group—Anthony Gahan

Investment banking veteran appointed as chairman to drive global growth

360 Law Group has named investment banking veteran Anthony Gahan as its new chairman, marking a strategic move to accelerate the firm’s international expansion. Gahan will focus on connecting the tech-driven law firm with global clients and investors, supporting acquisitions and securing growth capital.

‘As chairman, my role is to drive business growth, connect this innovative law firm with major international clients, support targeted acquisitions and secure new growth capital,’ said Gahan. He described the legal tech space as ‘a hot bed of change’, noting that 360’s unregulated model offers ‘greater flexibility and far lower costs’, challenging traditional law firms.

Gahan brings over 35 years of experience in investment banking, having advised on major M&A, equity and debt transactions. He is co-founder of Wyvern Partners and has held senior roles at Lehman Brothers and Robert Fleming & Co. He also teaches private equity at King’s Business School, King’s College London.

CEO and founder Robert Taylor welcomed the appointment, saying: ‘Anthony will be a major asset as we continue to expand our global reach through our network of 750+ international lawyers across more than 100 jurisdictions.’ Gahan joins Taylor and newly appointed director of strategy Martin Flick on the board.
