The Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council (AJTC) which is to be abolished by the Public Bodies Bill, has hit back
In its response to the Ministry of Justice consultation on the Bill, it expresses “disappointment…that [it] was not consulted or invited to contribute to the review process before the government’s decision was reached”. It argues that administrative justice is “fundamentally important” to citizens.
