Firm makes partner promotion in commercial litigation team

Stewarts Law LLP has announced the promotion of Andrew Hill from senior associate to partner.

Andrew specialises in high value commercial litigation with substantial experience in major commercial and cross jurisdictional disputes in the UK and in Australia.

Andrew has represented clients in multi-million pound/dollar matters in the High Court of England & Wales, particularly the Commercial Court, and in the Supreme Courts and Courts of Appeal of NSW and Queensland, in the Federal Court of Australia, and in special leave applications and full appeals to the High Court of Australia. He has also represented clients in regulatory investigations and in formal alternative dispute resolution processes, such as arbitrations and mediations, and informal settlement negotiations.

Andrew holds practising certificates issued by the Law Society of New South Wales, Australia and the Law Society of England and Wales. He joined Stewarts Law from Baker & McKenzie in 2012.
