Partner promoted to head of commercial property department

Linder Myers Solicitors has promoted partner Anne Dobie to head of its commercial property department

Anne joined the firm in September 2015, bringing a wealth of experience to the commercial property team.

Anne is a specialist in site acquisition, development projects, joint ventures, forward funding, regeneration and remediation of brown field sites; acting on behalf of developers, public bodies (health and local authority) and institutional investors. She has been involved in numerous town centre developments. Anne also undertakes commercial landlord and tenant work and supports commercial clients in corporate transactions involving sales and leasebacks and the acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses.

In her new role, Anne will lead the 18-strong commercial property department and have overall responsibility for the fiscal and business development of the team moving forward.

Anne says: "After a relatively short time with the firm, I'm delighted to have been promoted to head of department—growth and further development is very much on the commercial property team's agenda as we continue to strengthen our service offering."

Linder Myers head of corporate commercial, Alan Lewis, says: "Anne is a valued member of our team, we wish her well with her continued future with Linder Myers and congratulate her on a well-deserved promotion."
