Hogan Lovells has launched a paralegal apprenticeship scheme with The University of Law, offering an alternative route into the profession. The two-year paralegal apprenticeship programme will be delivered by The University of Law in partnership with apprenticeship specialists Damar Training. It combines foundation-level knowledge with the technical rigour expected of a high-performing paralegal, and will be tailored to specific roles in the firm’s real estate and corporate finance departments. The first apprenticeships begin in January 2017 at the firm’s Birmingham office.
