Specialist pensions firm welcomes new senior associate in London

National specialist pensions law firm Arc Pensions Law welcomed senior associate Archana Gupta to its London office.

Archana arrives from Squire Patton Boggs and has 12 years’ experience across the legal and regulatory landscape of private workplace pension schemes. She specialises in advising on scheme mergers, buy-in and buy-out transactions, GMP equalisation, and problematic transfers.

She also has extensive experience advising on the introduction of benefit options, such as bridging pensions, enhanced transfer value exercises and pension increase exchange exercises. Archana advises individual trustees and corporate trustees, as well as employers, regarding defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements, and has recently returned from a secondment to the Pensions Regulator.

Archana commented: ‘I am delighted to join the team of highly skilled legal experts at Arc Pensions Law, with a reputation for delivering outstanding advice on all aspects of pensions law.’
