Firm appoints two new partners
Osborne Clarke has hired two new senior advisors, Ashley Hurst and Will Robertson.
Sitting with the commercial and regulatory disputes team in London, Ashley specialises in media and internet disputes, has a strong profile in intermediary liability, defending the media against content claims, data privacy breaches, crisis and issues management, including data security breaches, and wider reputation management. Having previously trained at Lovells, Ashley joins the firm from Olswang where he was a partner for nearly four years in their media litigation team.
Joining the commercial team in Bristol, Will’s expertise is in IT and data protection and he has a wide range of commercial skills, including IT outsourcing and advising large corporates on technology projects. Will also has experience in the retail sector, where he sits at the forefront of how technology drives change and competitive advantage in a challenging and highly competitive area.
