Leading law firm, BDB Pitmans, has bolstered its commercial litigation practice with the hire of partner Jonathan Sachs. He joins from Irwin Mitchell, where he led their national professional negligence practice. Prior to that, he headed the litigation teams at Sprecher Grier Halberstam and Pettman Smith. The appointment is effective immediately.
Qualified in 1990, Jonathan specialises in commercial litigation, fraud and professional negligence. Within the latter, he focuses on claims against solicitors, surveyors and tax professionals and is also a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
Jonathan has worked in various jurisdictions around the world, including the USA, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Hong Kong, and has carried out settlements in Singapore, Paris and Geneva.
