Construction, engineering and infrastructure team welcomes consultant

Beale & Co has appointed Jessica Taylor to its construction, engineering and infrastructure team, bolstering its expertise in high-level advisory work. Taylor brings more than 30 years’ experience in the sector and joins from Ashfords, where she was a partner in the London construction team.

A specialist in non-contentious construction and engineering matters, Taylor has worked on major UK and international projects for a broad client base including investors, contractors, consultants and public sector bodies. Her industry recognition includes a recommendation from Legal 500 UK for her ‘professionalism and personality’, with one client remarking: ‘I wish there were so, so many more people in the construction industry like Jessica.’

She joins Beale & Co’s global contracts and projects advisory team, where she will continue serving clients while contributing to the firm’s thought leadership through her work with key industry organisations. These include the Construction Industry Council, where she sits as a non-executive director, and Diversitas, which advocates for diverse leadership across construction.

‘Jessica is an exceptional addition to the firm,’ said Will Buckby, head of the contracts and projects advisory team. ‘Her reputation, experience and long-standing connections in the industry will further strengthen our large team.’ Taylor added: ‘I look forward to contributing my experience and supporting the firm at such an exciting and strategic time.’
