Bellevue Law has announced the expansion of its commercial disputes team with the appointment of Catherine McBride, a senior disputes practitioner with more than 25 years’ experience advising on complex, high-value and cross-border matters.
McBride has a broad commercial disputes practice, acting for financial institutions, corporates, private equity firms, professional services firms and individuals. Her experience spans litigation, regulatory investigations and financial services disputes, including complex cross-border matters involving contract and shareholder disputes, mis-selling, misrepresentation, negligence and fraud.
She joins Bellevue Law following senior roles at Linklaters and Latham & Watkins, where she was a partner in the litigation & trial department in Hong Kong and London. She also brings significant in house experience from EY, KPMG and Swiss Re, as well as senior positions at Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Canada.
