Prior to joining Berkeley Row, Tim was a partner at another well established London law firm.

Tim has advised individuals and corporates under investigation (both pre and post charge) by the SFO, FCA, ICO, NCA, HMRC, CoLP and US DoJ. He also advises clients in all areas of asset forfeiture including unexplained wealth orders, account freezing orders, cash forfeiture and restraint.

As a firm we have already acted on a number of high profile regulatory matters for our clients. Tim’s addition will solidify an already growing practice.’
