Firm makes three new partners
Law firm Bevan Brittan has promoted three senior associates to partner at the start of its new financial year.
The three new partners are Lyndon Campbell, Kathryn Lawrance and Matthew Mo.
Lyndon is a commercial property specialist based in Leeds who has handled a wide range of work including both landlord and tenant advice, acquisitions and disposals of commercial investment properties, property and property portfolio refinances, and the acquisition and estate assembly of residential development sites.
Kathryn is a planning specialist based in Bristol who advises both public and private sector clients on all aspects of planning matters including regeneration and sustainable development, compulsory purchases and planning appeals. Her clients include local authorities, developers, registered housing providers, NHS trusts and major corporate clients.
Matthew is a procurement specialist based in London advising on all aspects of European public procurement law. He works with both public and private sector organisations on the application of the procurement rules to their range of activities from establishing co-operation arrangements to conducting public contract tendering exercises.
Duncan Weir, managing partner at Bevan Brittan, says: “I am delighted to be appointing these three highly experienced lawyers to partner. Each of them works in important markets and work areas for the firm, where client demand is growing. We had a successful year last year, including expanding the firm to open a new office in Leeds. As we begin our new financial year, appointing Lyndon, Kathryn and Matthew to partner is a sign of our confidence around continued future growth.”
