Bevan Brittan—Tim Gooder

Employment specialist joins in Leeds

Bevan Brittan has welcomed Tim Gooder to its Leeds office as a senior associate.

Tim moves to the firm from Gordons LLP where he worked for almost three years. He specialises in employment law, with particular focus on advising clients within the transportation, retail, housing, legal and education sectors. His areas of expertise include TUPE transfers and executive termination, as well as employment litigation.

Tim stated: ‘I am very happy to be joining Bevan Brittan. The firm has an excellent reputation in the market and a strong client base across the public and private sectors. I am looking forward to working with my new colleagues and contributing to the continued growth of the employment team and the Leeds office.’

Head of the Leeds office Michael Boyd added: ‘We are delighted to welcome Tim to the firm. It’s an important step for us to have an employment specialist on the doorstep for our Yorkshire and northern clients. His arrival is a sign of our commitment to and investment in the Leeds office, which has become well established in the market and which we intend to grow further. Bringing Tim on board extends our proposition and will complement the services we offer to clients.’
