Boyes Turner—Adrian Griffiths

Partner recruited to lead property litigation

Regional firm Boyes Turner has appointed Adrian Griffiths as a partner and its head of property litigation.

Adrian has joined the firm from his previous position as partner at Gordon Dadds. He has more than 15 years of experience advising commercial clients on property matters, and specialises in handling landlord and tenant disputes and commercial property insolvency. He joins Boyes Turner’s now 16-strong development, housebuilding and property litigation team as one of its five partners, and will head the property litigation division.

Adrian commented: ‘There is a pressing need for more housing across the UK, with particular pressure on space in the South East. This is a time of both great opportunity and challenge for housebuilders and commercial developers in the region, and I look forward to supporting the industry from my new home at Boyes Turner.’

The firm’s CEO Andrew Chalkley added: ‘Adrian adds further strength to our thriving development, housebuilding and property litigation team. Heading up our property litigation team, Adrian is consistently focused on delivering long-term realistic commercial solutions to commercial and institutional landlords and developers across all sectors of the property industry, as well as solving their short-term litigation needs. Across the Thames Valley and beyond, the team Adrian joins is adding real value to developers, housebuilders and commercial landlords working to deliver the region’s long-term residential and commercial property needs’.
