Real estate team in Yorkshire welcomes new partner

Brabners has appointed Ben Lamb as partner in its real estate team, reinforcing its commitment to growth across the North of England. Lamb, who joins from Clarion after more than nine years as partner, is known for his ‘straightforward and pragmatic advice’ and a ‘proactive approach’ to transactions across logistics, retail, leisure and office sectors.

With a career spanning over two decades, Lamb (pictured, left) has built a reputation for efficient dealmaking and tight project management, particularly in real estate finance. He acts for investors, developers, corporate occupiers, funders and borrowers, and has been based in Leeds since 2011 following a decade practising in the City of London.

His arrival strengthens one of the largest real estate teams in the region, which recently advised on landmark projects including Eden Project North and the £5bn regeneration of Liverpool’s waterfront. Lamb said: ‘Brabners will prove to be an excellent new base for me to serve my clients and provide a great platform for winning new business in Yorkshire and beyond.’

Managing partner Nik White (right) described Lamb as ‘an excellent lawyer who goes the extra mile for his clients’, adding: ‘Ben’s appointment is a key part of our ambition to continue building a market-leading real estate capability in Leeds and across the North.’
