Browne Jacobson—Chris Holder

Tech and life sciences team strengthened with AI specialist hire

Browne Jacobson has appointed Chris Holder as partner in its London-based commercial team, bolstering its technology and life sciences practices. Chris joins from Bristows, where he led on IT and digital projects, and brings decades of experience advising on complex technology transactions and regulatory issues.

A pioneer in IT outsourcing and an early advocate for AI and robotics in law, Chris has worked with the European Commission, the UK Government’s AI Council, and the European Robotics Forum. He is a regular speaker on digital transformation and recently co-chaired the International Bar Association’s Technology Committee, organising its flagship AI Day.
