Firm-wide senior promotions & a new appointment
Scottish law firm BTO Solicitors has announced a raft of senior promotions across the firm, in addition to the appointment of a new associate to its real estate team.
David Young of the firm’s commercial litigation team, Scott Wyper of its corporate team and Claire White of the personal injury team have all been promoted to partners.
Ross Brown of the private client team, Cara Docherty of the professional discipline & clinical defence team, and Michael Collins of the insurers’ representation team, have all been appointed as associates.
Joining BTO's real estate team from Brodies LLP, associate Nicola McCluskie specialises in property transactions acting for developers in the commercial and residential sectors. She also brings extensive experience of dealing with the development, acquisition, sale and financing of major renewable energy projects.
