Firm appoints property partner in Glasgow

Scottish firm BTO Solicitors has announced its latest partner promotion, of Jennifer Whitelaw in its Glasgow office.

Jennifer (pictured), who has been with the firm since November 2004, works as part of the its commercial property team. She offers over 22 years of experience handling development and residential conveyancing, on behalf of such clients as housebuilders, charities, community bodies and private individuals.

The firm’s chairman Alan Borthwick (pictured, left) stated: ‘We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer as a partner and fully expect that she will continue to use the experience, skills and work ethic that she has demonstrated since joining our firm to achieve the best results for our clients.

‘Jennifer’s sound knowledge and experience enable her to guide clients through difficult situations and find solutions which are workable and pragmatic, but which still afford the necessary legal protection.  I have no doubt she will make a great partner.’
