Director joins corporate team from the US
Independent UK law firm Burges Salmon has appointed Rebecca Wilsker as a director in its corporate and M&A team, bolstering its international capabilities with a particular focus on technology and private equity. She brings 15 years of experience advising private companies, private equity funds and portfolio businesses on lifecycle events including m&a, investments, divestitures and joint ventures.
Wilsker has significant cross-border expertise, including deep knowledge of US-related matters, and a strong track record supporting tech and tech-enabled businesses on governance, equity compensation and commercial issues. She joins from Holland & Knight LLP, where she was a partner and co-chair of the technology & telecommunications industry sector group, and previously spent nearly a decade at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston.
