Peers have called on family law practitioners and family professionals to submit written evidence to the House of Lords Children and Families Act 2014 Committee
The committee has announced a post-legislative scrutiny inquiry into the Act, focusing on whether the legislation has achieved its aim of improving the lives of children and families, particularly the most vulnerable children and young people in society. The deadline for making a written submission is 23:59pm on Monday 25 April 2022. View more here.
