Charles Reynard Eversheds

Eversheds has appointed Charles Reynard as partner to its corporate practice. Charles previously held positions as legal director for Scottish Power and partner at Nabarro.

Charles has advised both public and private clients on numerous acquisitions and disposals of companies, complex group reorganisations as well as raising and providing equity finance. He also gained experience of large outsourcing projects, capital asset and project work, including renewables in the energy sector.

Head of Eversheds’ corporate practice, Mark Spinner adds: “It’s great to have Charles on board and his experience as general counsel means that he truly understands and lives by our shared commitment to client service excellence.”
