Real estate planning team welcomes partner in London

Charles Russell Speechlys has appointed Josh Risso-Gill as partner in its real estate planning team, further reinforcing its expertise in complex development schemes. Risso-Gill, who joins from CMS, brings more than 25 years of experience advising funds, investors, retailers, and planning authorities on high-profile projects. ‘I’m very excited to be joining Charles Russell Speechlys,’ he says.

His expertise spans tall office developments in the City of London, large-scale regeneration projects, co-living and student accommodation schemes, and data centres.
