Clarke Willmott—Alexandria Kittlety

Partner joins commercial property team in Birmingham

National law firm Clarke Willmott has appointed Alexandria Kittlety as a partner in its Birmingham office, strengthening the firm’s commercial property team. Alexandria joins from Shoosmiths, bringing extensive experience advising corporate occupiers across the retail, industrial, office and energy sectors.

She has acted for some of the UK’s best-known retailers on acquisitions, disposals, re-gears and portfolio management, as well as advising on major office and industrial transactions and energy sector projects. Her notable deals include an £8m sale and leaseback, a £1.6m per annum lease acquisition, and multiple high-profile London office relocations and retail premises acquisitions.

‘I am thrilled to be joining Clarke Willmott’s Birmingham office at such an exciting time for the firm,’ said Alexandria, who is a member of Women in Property. ‘I’m passionate about the retail sector and believe property transactions should run smoothly without unnecessary complication. My focus is on delivering clear, commercial advice that helps clients achieve their objectives efficiently.’

Rayner Grice, head of the Birmingham office, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Alexandria to our team. Her outstanding track record in the retail sector, combined with her broad commercial property expertise, will be a tremendous asset to our clients.’ She added that Kittlety’s ‘ability to balance legal precision with commercial pragmatism’ reflects Clarke Willmott’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its offering in Birmingham and beyond.
