The Co-operative launched its family law department this week, with 22 fee-earners and three support staff.
The Co-op, which has been granted ABS status, will offer clients fixed fees, and promises to be “jargon-free”. It will provide a comprehensive range of services through a telephone-based service with options
to meet face to face. Initially, it will be based in London but it plans to expand to five regional hubs across England and Wales.
