Colin Scagell Mayer Brown

Mayer Brown has announced the hire of Colin Scagell to the corporate and securities practice and insurance industry group in London. He joins as partner from Debevoise & Plimpton.

Colin focuses on the insurance sector and has advised on many of the market-leading insurance transactions of the past decade.

He has particular experience of cross-border public transactions including takeovers, listings and secondary securities offerings.  

He acted for The Hanover Group is its recent acquisition
of Chaucer.
