This Order brings into force the following provisions of the Commons Act 2006 on 31 October 2011:

- Sch 5, paras 1, 2 and 5 (in relation to England); and

- Sch 5, paras 3, 6(b), 7(2)–(4), 8 (in relation to the pilot areas specified in the Schedule to the Commons Act 2006
