COVID-19: Arrangements at the Employment Appeal Tribunal

The Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) will be running hearings via telephone, Skype or other video platforms from 16 April.

Mr Justice Choudhury, EAT President, said in a note this week that operations remain ‘severely restricted’ and only a ‘limited number’ of appeals will be heard. He advised on the measures that will apply during the pandemic.

The President's note can be found at: http://emplawservices.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/2020_04_09_EAT-Covid-19-Announcement-002.pdf.
