CPD lowdown

Solicitors' development views sought by survey

Solicitors are being asked for their likes and dislikes as far as continuing professional development (CPD) is concerned. For the next three weeks, all qualified solicitors can fill out an online survey devised by Nottingham Law School, available at: www.surveymonkey.com/s/SRACPDSurvey.

The results will be studied by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, with the aim of feeding the findings into the on-going profession-wide Legal Education and Training Review.
