Cripps is expanding its commercial and technology practice with the arrival of the team from specialist firm Radius Law on 1 May 2026. The move will grow the firm’s commercial and tech team to more than 20 people across its London and South East offices, strengthening its ability to support large corporates facing complex commercial and regulatory challenges.
Radius Law founder and former Mercedes-Benz UK Group general counsel Iain Larkins (pictured) will join Cripps as a partner alongside members of the Radius team. They bring significant experience advising major corporates, particularly in the automotive sector, including manufacturer brands, major retail groups and industry bodies.
James Beatton, managing partner at Cripps, said: ‘Iain has built an exceptional team at Radius with strong and trusted relationships with large corporates, particularly in the automotive sector. Their arrival significantly strengthens our commercial and technology practice.’
Larkins added: ‘We are enormously excited to be joining Cripps. Everyone I have met at the firm shares the same values we have at Radius — delivering practical commercial advice while focusing on making a positive and lasting impact for our clients.’
