Cooneen Watts & Stone Ltd v Revenue and Customs Commissioners [2015] EWCA Civ 1261, [2016] All ER (D) 51 (Jan)

The Court of Appeal dismissed the appellant taxpayer’s appeal concerning the correct treatment and classification for customs purposes of certain specialised military clothing imported by the appellant, in respect of which it claimed to be entitled to relief from import duty.
