Complex employer’s & public liability claims partner moves to DAC Beachcroft 

Victoria Kennedy, previously a partner at BLM, has joined international insurance firm DAC Beachcroft as a partner in its Claims Solutions Group.

Victoria is a specialist in defending complex, high value employer's and public liability claims. She acts for both insurers and large corporate clients, particularly in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors. She has experience of advising on health and safety (H&S) issues, including regulatory investigations, inquests and prosecutions brought by the Health and Safety Executive and local authorities, following very serious or fatal accidents in the workplace.

Craig Dickson, CEO of DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions Group, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Victoria to DAC Beachcroft and are very much looking forward to working with her.
