Law firms make progress on diversity & inclusion

Law firms have made progress on diversity and inclusion among their staff. Of 177 firms who completed the Law Society’s Diversity and Inclusion Charter for the second year running, 117 had improved their results. However, few firms had taken sufficient action towards equal pay for employees, and progress on staff development was slow.
