Druces—Connor Martin

Commercial property solicitor joins real estate team

Druces has welcomed Connor Martin to its real estate team as a solicitor, reinforcing its commercial property expertise. Having qualified in 2023, Martin brings practical experience in both residential and commercial property matters and has already built a strong client base.

Martin trained at Martin Tolhurst Solicitors in Kent, where he developed an early specialism in residential transactions before transitioning to commercial property work, which he describes as his professional passion. Since qualifying, he has acted on a range of matters including sales, purchases, refinancing, leases, licences, land deals and adverse possession claims, advising clients from landlords to pension schemes.

He is known for his ‘proactive and client-focused’ style, with a reputation for efficiency and clear communication that has led to recurring work and positive client feedback. His move to Druces aligns with the firm’s strong reputation in real estate law and his ambition to thrive in a City firm setting.

Commenting on the appointment, Martin said: ‘I am delighted to be offered the opportunity to be a part of Druces’ established real estate team and learn from the experienced lawyers within the team.’ He added that he looks forward to ‘helping the team continue their outstanding work’.
