DWF has appointed Jemma Brimblecombe as a partner in its professional indemnity team in London. She joins the global legal and business services provider with experience in professional negligence and commercial litigation, advising on complex, high-value disputes involving solicitors, accountants and valuers.
Brimblecombe has particular expertise in professional negligence claims linked to property and real estate transactions, audit negligence and allegations against financial and legal professionals. She joins from Kingsley Napley, where she led the professional negligence practice. Brimblecombe has been recognised in Legal 500, the Lexology Index and Global Investigations Review, and has acted in major negligence cases including the Danish Customs and Tax Administration litigation (SKAT).
Brimblecombe said: ‘I am excited to be joining DWF. DWF’s culture, high-quality work and strong connections across the insurance sector make it an excellent fit for my practice.’ Harriet Quiney, head of DWF’s professional indemnity team in London, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Jemma to DWF. Jemma is an outstanding addition to the team.’
