Finance and restructuring offering strengthened by partner hire in London

DWF has appointed Rory White-Andrews as a partner in its finance and restructuring team, reinforcing its global capability in restructuring and insolvency. Rory joins from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, where he was a senior associate in London, and brings additional experience from roles at Allen & Overy and Addleshaw Goddard.

With a strong background advising insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, corporates, bondholders and private equity sponsors, Rory has worked on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border restructuring and finance matters. His blend of finance and insolvency expertise positions him to support clients navigating an evolving economic landscape.

Commenting on his appointment, Rory White-Andrews said: ‘Joining DWF as a partner is an incredibly exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the firm’s respected restructuring and insolvency team.’ He added that he looked forward to ‘helping DWF expand its offering in high-value domestic and cross-border mandates as we continue to go through a period of economic uncertainty.’
