Insurance litigation team expands with three additions

East Anglian firm Ellisons Solicitors has bolstered its insurance litigation offering with the appointment of three lawyers.

Deborah McClean (pictured, left) is a specialist in defendant personal injury, handling motor, employers and public liability litigation. Her past experience includes acting on behalf of insurance companies, multinationals and the Lloyds market.

Catherine Brewington (second left) regularly advises on catastrophic injury cases. She focuses on acting as a defendant lawyer, she also has experience representing claimants in personal injury matters.

Tancha Porter (right) has nine years of experience in defendant personal injury. She has dealt with fast-track and multi-track employer’s liability, public liability and motor claims.

Robert Jones (second right), head of the insurance litigation team, commented: ‘I am immensely proud of what the team has achieved already this year. The recent damages settlement that the team has secured for our client is a great result, and, with the appointment of three new leading lawyers in their field bringing extensive experience and expertise, our team will go from strength to strength.’
