Employment Appeal Tribunal—Mr Justice Choudhury

Next president of the EAT announced

Mr Justice Choudhury has been appointed as the next president of the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT).

Taking over the position from Mrs Justice Simler, his three-year term of office will run from 1 January 2019. Called to the Bar in 1992 and taking Silk in 2015, Sir Akhlaq Choudhury has served as a High Court Judge in the Queen’s Bench Division since 2017.
