Clover Canyon Inc v European Union Intellectual Property Office T-693/15, [2016] All ER (D) 182 (Oct)

The General Court of the European Union dismissed the action by Clover Canyon, Inc against the decision of the Fifth Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office relating to opposition proceedings between Kaipa Sportswear and Clover Canyon, regarding the application by the latter for registration of the word sign “CLOVER CANYON” as an European Union trade mark.
