Erzberger v TUI AG C-566/15 , All ER (D) 208 (Jul)

The Court of Justice of the European Union gave a preliminary ruling in proceedings between an employee and TUI AG, established in Germany, of which the employee was a shareholder, regarding the composition of the supervisory board, more particularly, concerning the right to vote and to stand as a candidate in elections of workers’ representatives to that board
